I’ve had the pleasure of painting covers for Commando Comics since 2018. Although primarily war based the stories often have a wide range of themes, locations and settings that can make fun but challenging commissions. The comic has been in print since 1961 and I can certainly recall it being a part of the group of comics I read as a child and into my teens so it is great to be involved with such a long running UK comic institution.
